  4. Products that have been opened, used, or customized (e.g., personalized educational kits) are not eligible for return.
  5. Refund Process:
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  1. Damaged or Defective Products:
  2. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact customer support immediately at the provided email with a description and photos. A replacement or full refund will be issued at no extra cost.
