Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products that have been opened, used, or customized (e.g., personalized educational kits) are not eligible for return.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact customer support immediately at the provided email with a description and photos. A replacement or full refund will be issued at no extra cost.
